As the weather turns warmer, I switch from having soup for lunch to wraps. It is hard to call this a recipe as it is just things you might add to a regular sandwich but putting it in a wrap instead.

I like salad in a wrap, which are of course gluten free. Mayonnaise is spread on the wrap. A variety of fillings go inside, homegrown lettuce, tomatoes, grated carrots, boiled eggs and whatever other salad fixing you enjoy.

The wraps are then rolled tightly, with ends tucked in and cut in the middle showing all the fillings.

Another day I replaced the egg with strips of chicken that had been previously cooked on the bbq.

Another favourite filling is cooked rice and scrambled egg rolled with mayo, lettuce and tomato.

You are only limited by your own imagination as to the types of filling. One day I will try salmon, mayo, lettuce and tomato.
You can use regular wraps if you are not gluten free and there are many varities.
