I’ve finished a couple of pairs of socks in the past couple of weeks. These were knit on 4 dpns. I choose to knit my socks as tube socks so that they will feet any size foot. I call the first ones my bedtime socks as I put them on when getting changed for bed. They are very comfy to wear and keep the toes toasty warm.
These were knit on 3.25 mm needles using Bernat Sox yarn. There is no need to worry about patterns using sock yarn as it does all the striping for you as you knit. It was a free pattern from Pattons.
This is another pair of broken socks! If you read my site you will know that my 3 year old granddaughter said the socks were broken when I did the first pair. She was looking for the toes and heels that her socks have. Kids say the darndest things. The heel and toe are open so that part of your foot can grip the floor but the rest of you foot stays toasty warm while you are doing your yoga or your dance class. I found my pattern at Mary Maxim, but if your search yoga sock pattern you will come up with several different patterns.
Both these pairs of socks are for gifts. But I’m not telling who they are for!
