I have slowly been working on the autumn tree embroidery this week.
As well as stitching a leaf a day I also started to stitch the trunk of the tree.
I was inspired on October 12 to see a wonderful rainbow from the north facing window. In all the years we have lived here I don’t remember seeing a rainbow from this window early in the morning.
This was the second rainbow to be seen from the same window in a week. The trees are showing off their autumn splendor on this sunny morning.

Who can resist another project? This is a pattern from Clever Poppy and once stitched I’m hoping to use it on an another upcycled bag.

I love the embroidery projects you are doing. I have several crochet projects to finish and then maybe can get started on embroidery project.
I saw a rainbow the other afternoon after a rain shower. Back in Iowa we had a lot of them. The first one to see out here. The double rainbows were always so pretty.
